GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at N.Y. Jets

Randall Cobb got seven targets last week, but turned them into just three receptions for 30 yards. There's no reason to think he's anything more than a desperation flex play, even against a soft Jets pass defense. There's just no consistency here.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Chicago Bears

Randall Cobb caught five passes for 43 yards last week but did score his second touchdown of what has been a lost season. His other touchdown came on a fluky play in Week 1 against the Bears. Cobb just hasn't been a major factor this season, topping six targets just one time. But Aaron Rodgers should get the ball out of his hands quickly in this one, which means Cobb could get some work. He's worth nothing more than a flex play, however.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Miami Dolphins

Randall Cobb had five catches for 24 yards last week in New England, producing running back-catch numbers out of the slot. He gets a slight bump up because of Geronimo Allison heading to IR but Cobb is dealing with hamstring issues of his own. He's done nothing of note since having a big game in the opener. You could look at that two ways. Either he's due for another big game or he's just not going to get it done this season. Lean toward the latter. Use Cobb only as a flex option if you have no other options.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at New England Patriots

Randall Cobb returned last week after a month of inactivity and caught four passes for 40 yards. That's about what you can expect from him week to week. There are just so many mouths to feed in this offense. Playing Cobb is a Hail Mary pass at a time of year that's not really what you want to try that with so many other safer options out there.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 at L.A. Rams

Randall Cobb hasn't played since Week 3 because of a hamstring injury and remained a partial participant because of it early this week. If he gets back on the field this week, he would definitely be worth a flex play given the fact he's had at least 10 targets in two of his three games this season. But he's unlikely to put up big yardage, so his usage is more valuable in PPR leagues.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. Buffalo Bills

Randall Cobb has come back to earth after his blowout in Week 1. He caught just four passes for 23 yards last week. Working in Cobb's favor this week is the fact Buffalo has given up 24 catches for 186 yards and three scores to opposing slot receivers this season. Use Cobb as a WR3 this week, particularly in PPR leagues.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 at Washington Redskins

That cash you heard last week was Randall Cobb coming back down to earth after his monster Week 1 performance. He had just four catches for 30 yards last week as Jimmy Graham got more of the short work. He'll get Fabian Moreau this week, who just allowed seven receptions to Larry Fitzgerald in the slot. Cobb could bounce back this week, though to expect a Week 1 performance would be a bit much. He's a WR3.
