Felix Jones, Gerald Sensabaugh practicing

Cowboys Safety Gerald Sensabaugh is practicing for the first time since breaking his right thumb against Denver. He is wearing a cast to protect his thumb and will wear it during the game.

Felix Jones is also practicing. There was some question about his availability because of the wet playing surface and his sprained knee.

Roy Williams is also practicing and will play Sunday. Linebacker Curtis Johnson is back to practice to after missing time with a hamstring injury.

Cowboys WR Miles Austin practiced on Monday with the first team, displacing Patrick Crayton to the role of third receiver.

Receivers coach Ray Sherman declined to confirm the obvious fact that Austin and Roy Williams are now the starting receivers.

"Right now, we are going through practice," Sherman said. "We have to make that decision when it comes."

Williams returned to practice after missing all of the Chiefs game and crunch time of a loss to the Broncos with a rib injury.

Austin re-signed with the Cowboys as a restricted free agent, at the second-round tender level of $1.545 million. Absent a new labor agreement, he'll be a restricted free agent again in 2010.

Not only will Roy Williams and Felix Jones practice Wednesday but they are on the field today.

The players are in jerseys and helmets today as they get an extra day for Atlanta.

This is Jones' first practice since spraining his knee vs. Carolina on Sept. 28 and Williams' first practice since injuring his ribs against Denver on Oct. 4.

"Patrick Crayton has gone down faster than any player I’ve seen in a very long time. He has no juice left in his legs, appears to have lost his quickness and doesn’t show any skills that make him tough to cover. He’s easily covered by any team’s fourth of fifth corner right now.

Maybe things will change after the bye week — but I doubt it. These are flaws that are hard to change during the season and are easily attacked by good opponents."

Miles Austin could possibly take Crayton's starting spot - or at least split snaps - once Roy Williams returns to the starting lineup.
