Fantasy Upside
Gostowski is the top-ranked kicker heading into 2014. It wouldn't be surprising if he finished the season in that position, as well.

Fantasy Downside
Belichick can get aggressive on fourth down or after touchdowns -- especially when behind. While Gostowski may have some great weeks, he may also have some limited weeks (which is not what you want from a kicker you "reached for").

Bottom Line
Drafting the best kicker usually means reaching a couple rounds earlier than everyone else. I wouldn't do that to take a kicker, even Gostowski. However, if you can land Gostowski in the later rounds in a draft of people waiting on QB, I'd be pretty excited.
