Week 4 vs. Jacksonville
Tee Higgins was the second most targeted Bengals player last week and it produced five catches for 40 yards. He hasn't put any great numbers up yet, but the fact he has been getting targets so much with two veteran wide receivers. Higgins was an excellent talent in college and appears to be adjusting quickly to the NFL.
Higgins faces Jacksonville who is 21st in aFPA to wide receivers so it's a favorable matchup for the rookie. QB Joe Burrow is getting everyone involved so if the Bengals keep throwing the ball this much, Higgins value rises.
There is little doubt Higgins has come into the fantasy wide receiver picture. If he is available on your waiver wire, pick him up. He isn't a fantasy starter for Week 4, but keep an eye on him.
