Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Hilton should be able to play, but he may be dealing with Stephen Morris at quarterback.

Colts WR Andre Johnson (not injury related) took full practice reps again Friday. If T.Y. Hilton is out, Johnson could be a Sneaky Start despite a terrible matchup against Denver.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (foot, questionable) missed practice all week and is questionable for Week 9. Hilton has a foot sprain and is considered “day to day,” though beat writer Mike Chappell has heard that the injury required an MRI earlier in the week. Another beat writer, Zak Keefer, said he “would be surprised if he plays Sunday.” For now, we have him penciled into our rankings, but he’s not an attractive start against the Broncos’ stingy secondary. The Colts play late, so this could be a Sunday headache for owners. Hopefully we’ll have more clarity over the weekend.

Fantasy Impact: 

Hilton is dealing with a foot sprain that reportedly required an MRI earlier in the week. Complicating matters, the matchup against the Broncos is brutal. Denver is #1 in WR aFPA, so even if Hilton suits up, he's not a great start. If Hilton sits, Donte Moncrief, Andre Johnson and Griff Whalen would pick up his snaps and targets, but new OC Rob Chudzinski may also elect to get the Colts' tight ends more involved.
