LAC WR Tyrell Williams - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars are first in our aFPA vs. WR rankings and first in overall PPR points per game allowed to the position. It could not get any worse for Chargers receivers this week against Jalen Ramsey and company. Sit Tyrell Williams.

LAC WR Tyrell Williams - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 at New England Patriots

This Chargers-Patriots game has the second-highest over/under in Vegas of Week 8 at 48 points, potentially foreshadowing a shootout. The Patriots rank 28th in our aFPA vs. WR rankings and have allowed the third-most PPR points per game to fantasy wideouts. However, Keenan Allen and Hunter Henry are the top two targets in this offense, at this point. Tyrell Williams and the rest of the Chargers pass-catchers must be very efficient to produce useful weeks. Williams has just 6 targets in the last three weeks, making him a very risky FLEX option for Week 8.

LAC WR Tyrell Williams - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Denver Broncos

The player whose playing time was most affected by the debut of Mike Williams was Tyrell Williams. Tyrell went from more than 80% snaps in every game to 68% last week. The Broncos are a tough matchup for wide receivers, ranking eighth in our aFPA vs. WR rankings. They also have allowed the seventh-fewest PPR points to the position. All of these factors combine to bench Tyrell Williams in Week 7.

LAC WR Tyrell Williams - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Oakland Raiders

Tyrell Williams has been too inconsistent to rely on outside of deep leagues in need of a FLEX. One week he puts up 100 yards and a touchdown, then last week, only 2 targets. Plus, first-round rookie Mike Williams may be back this week, which could cut into Williams' snaps. It's a very risky proposition for Week 6.

LAC WR Tyrell Williams - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 at New York Giants

It's a tough matchup for the Chargers receivers this week against a Giants defense ranked second in our aFPA vs. PPR WR rankings. It's also an early east coast kickoff for the Pacific time zone Chargers. Williams broke out against a beatable Eagles secondary, but against the much better Giants DBs, render Tyrell a risky FLEX option in Week 5.

LAC WR Tyrell Williams - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Great matchup for Williams this week, as the Eagles are 27th in our aFPA vs. PPR WR rankings; however, Williams is only averaging 41 yards per game and has yet to score. Williams is a sneaky FLEX play possibility this week, but how lucky do you feel? The Eagles have also allowed the fourth-most PPR points to opposing WRs, overall.

LAC WR Tyrell Williams - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Tyrell Williams is struggling to get targets through two weeks, with only 11 total. This simply isn't the same offense as last season when Keenan Allen was hurt and Williams was the focal point of the passing game. For this week, the Chiefs have actually allowed the 9th-most PPR points vs. fantasy WRs through two weeks. So, Williams is a FLEX consideration in Week 3, but not much more than that.
