PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Los Angeles Rams

It’s been a quiet few weeks for A.J. Brown in fantasy terms. Brown is averaging a mere 9.5 Half-PPR points per game in the last four weeks. He is the WR9 in points per game this season, but his recent form is something of a worry for fantasy managers. He should be able to return to form against the Rams in Week 12, especially as they rank 27th in aFPA to wide receivers. A more pass-heavy game plan from the Eagles would be a boost to all their pass catchers, especially Brown.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs Washington Commanders

Week 10 wasn't a great one for A.J. Brown, at least in terms of fantasy points. The WR5 in Half-PPR points per game in 2024 finished at WR16, which wasn't terrible but not exactly what fantasy managers wanted. Brown should be able to resume normal service against the Commanders in Week 11, with the visitors ranking 20th in aFPA to wide receivers. Brown will be just fine and you should have no fears firing him up as normal.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Dallas Cowboys

A.J. Brown has been everything his fantasy managers wanted him to be this season, at least when he's managed to stay on the field. Despite his injuries, Brown is the WR7 in Half-PPR formats in 2024 and has a potentially massive game ahead of him in Week 10. The Cowboys rank 23rd in aFPA to wide receivers, with the only danger seeming to be the Eagles leaning almost exclusively on the ground game this week. Still, even with a limited workload, Brown's efficiency keeps him in the WR1 conversation.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs Jacksonville Jaguars

A.J. Brown took something of step back in favour of DeVonta Smith in Week 8, with Brown managing a below-par 10.9 Half-PPR points – good for WR34 – while Smith was a top ten performer. Brown still sits at WR2 for the season with 18.1 fantasy points per game and should be able to return to something approaching his very best against a ragged Jaguars defense that ranks 31st in aFPA to wide receivers. Week 9 looks like a blue-sky day for Brown.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 at Cincinnati Bengals

Even on a week where the Eagles only attempted 14 passes, A.J. Brown got his. Brown was the WR7 in Half-PPR scoring last week, and with 19.5 points per game he is the WR1 so far this season.

Brown and his managers should have no real concerns ahead of the Eagles meeting with the Bengals this week, considering the Bengals rank of 23rd in aFPA to wide receivers in 2024. Brown is an elite option this week, and is our WR4 for Week 8.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 at New York Giants

A.J. Brown returned in Week 6 and immediately started doing A.J. Brown things. He returned to his perch as the lead dog in the Eagles passing game and delivered a healthy 20.6 Half-PPR points, good for WR3 for the week. Brown leads all wide receivers in points per game this season.

Brown should be in line for another productive day against the Giants in Week 7, despite the home team ranking 10th in aFPA to wide receivers. Jalen Hurts desire, and ability, to look for Brown early and often ensures a healthy weekly floor for Brown, even in the toughest of matchups, and he can be started as a solid WR1 this week.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs Cleveland Browns

A.J. Brown hasn’t played for the Eagles since Week 1 and it’s fair to say they’ve missed him. So have his fantasy managers, who’ve taken little solace in his ranking as the WR1 in Half PPR points per game as he’s only played the one. For the record, Brown did manage 20.4 against the Packers in that contest.

The Browns have been a middling matchup for wide receivers so far this season and rank 13th in aFPA to the position. Assuming Brown steps back into his usual role, he should see enough volume and provide enough efficiency to produce at a mid-tier WR1 level this week.
