Mike McCarthy said he's hoping Cowboys will get WR Brandin Cooks (knee) back this week.

Fantasy Impact:

Cooper Rush will get the start at QB again against the Commanders in Week 12. CeeDee Lamb led the way with 12 targets vs. the Texans, but it was Luke Schoonmaker, who took over after Jake Ferguson left with a concussion, who had 10 targets which was most behind Lamb. The addition of Cooks should help the Cowboys offense in what is a good matchup against the Commanders defense. For the fantasy world, Rush did end up throwing for 354 yards.

Week 3 vs. Baltimore Ravens
There isn't a lot of target competition behind Lamb and Ferguson (if Ferguson goes), and there are worse things than being the No. 3 option on a pass-heavy team. Cooks is the very definition of boom/bust at this point in his career, which will make him a decision point of your lineup each and every week, but he has the ability to reward you with huge gains from time to time. He profiles as an WR4 with WR2 upside against the Ravens.
