Justice Hill is seeing a ton of snaps in third-down and obvious passing situations, but has only two fantasy-viable performances on the year. Predicting receiving touchdowns from a running back is a tough hill to climb, and if he doesn't find the end zone, he's not going to find the fantasy box score. He shouldn't be used as a desperation Flex with minimal byes this week.

If we were to see another one, this is a good spot, as the Buccaneers are slated to push the tempo with their own exciting offense. Hill is a perfectly fine desperation Flex or RB3 in Week 7.

If we were to see another one, this is a good spot, as the Commanders are slated to push the tempo with their own exciting offense. Hill is a perfectly fine desperation Flex or RB3 in Week 6.

Justice Hill popped into the fantasy landscape in Week 1 with his eight-target performance while his team spent the majority of the time playing from behind. That predictably fell down to earth in Week 2, as he earned only two targets (2-10-0), and he followed that up with 2-21 in Week 3. He popped back up last week with six more targets, which has made him a bit of a rollercoaster ride.

With Bye Weeks rearing their heads, he can be considered a low-end RB3 this week in a plus matchup.
