Fantasy Upside
Andre Holmes has flashed as a dynamic talent in the past, but never was able to put everything together at the NFL level. He just signed a one-year contract worth up to $3 million with just $1 million guaranteed. He will compete for a similar role behind Amari Cooper, Michael Crabtree, and Seth Roberts this year where he saw just over twenty snaps per game.

Fantasy Downside
Holmes is apart of the Raiders supporting cast and would need an injury to get significant work in the passing game.

2016 Bottom Line
After a promising 2014 season where he saw 99 targets in which he averaged 2.9 receptions, 43.3 yards, and 0.25 touchdowns per game it looked like Holmes was going to take a step forward. He was then beat out by undrafted Seth Roberts in 2015 and will only be a factor if the Raiders run into injury trouble in 2016 as Holmes is now squarely in a supporting cast role.
