Scouting report

BUF TE Dalton Kincaid - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 @ Detroit Lions
Dalton Kincaid looks ready to re-join the lineup after missing the last three games due to a knee injury, but it's going to be a tough matchup against a Lions team ranking 4th in TE aFPA. As a "touchdown or bust" option in Week 15, Kincaid is fine enough, but there should be streamers in better situations who aren't coming off the injury report. Consider him somewhere in the TE20 range.

BUF TE Dalton Kincaid - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 @ Los Angeles Rams
The sophomore ascension for Dalton Kincaid that we were all projecting is plateauing right before our very eyes. On a team that had no real WR1s (or WR2s, honestly), Kincaid was supposed to be gobbling up the target share, and instead, he has failed to reach 55 yards and has scored more than 7.2 half-PPR points on only three occasions.

While Kincaid looks to be fully cleared ahead of Week 14, we should probably hold off starting him until we're completely certain he's going to return to a full complement of snaps. For managers looking ahead, he gets a great matchup against the Patriots in Week 16.

BUF TE Dalton Kincaid - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 @ Indianapolis Colts
The sophomore ascension for Dalton Kincaid that we were all projecting is plateauing right before our very eyes. On a team that had no real WR1s (or WR2s, honestly), Kincaid was supposed to be gobbling up the target share, and instead, he has failed to reach 55 yards and has scored more than 7.2 half-PPR points on only three occasions.

With Amari Cooper now in the mix, it's hard to see how Kincaid's role will *grow* now that Josh Allen has someone to rely on. That said, this offense looks to be returning to "top-5" territory, which makes Kincaid a low-end TE1 regardless of matchup.

BUF TE Dalton Kincaid - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 @ Seattle Seahawks
The sophomore ascension for Dalton Kincaid that we were all projecting is plateauing right before our very eyes. On a team that had no real WR1s (or WR2s, honestly), Kincaid was supposed to be gobbling up the target share, and instead, he has failed to reach 55 yards and has scored more than 7.2 half-PPR points on only two occasions.

With Amari Cooper now in the mix, it's hard to see how Kincaid's role will *grow* now that Josh Allen has someone to rely on. That said, this is a good matchup for the tight end, so keep him in low-end TE1 consideration.

BUF TE Dalton Kincaid - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Tennessee Titans
The sophomore ascension for Dalton Kincaid that we were all projecting is plateauing right before our very eyes. On a team with no real WR1s (or WR2s, honestly), Kincaid was supposed to be gobbling up the target share, and instead, he has failed to reach 55 yards and has scored more than 7.2 half-PPR points on only two occasions. You've still gotta start him, even though the Titans have ranked 1st in TE aFPA to this point in the season. We have to assume a huge target game is coming sooner or later.

BUF TE Dalton Kincaid - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 @ New York Jets
The sophomore ascension for Dalton Kincaid that we were all projecting is plateauing right before our very eyes. On a team with no real WR1s (or WR2s, honestly), Kincaid was supposed to be gobbling up the target share, and instead, he has failed to reach 50 yards and has scored more than 7.2 half-PPR points on only one occasion. You've still gotta start him, even though the Jets have ranked 3rd in TE aFPA to this point in the season. We have to assume a huge target game is coming sooner or later.
