Week 11 at Seattle
If anyone can figure out the Eagles RB situation, more power to them... Last week, it was Ryan Mathews who took over as the team's RB1 with 19 carries, 109 yards and two TDs - just when everyone thought Darren Sproles was the top back.
Apparently, the deal with Mathews was he was having tooth issues, which is why he was limited to four carries vs. Dallas and then just five vs. the Giants. With the issue now resolved, Mathews - seemingly - is expected to be more involved in the running game. This does make more sense than having that fall on Sproles, who isn't built to carry a heavy running workload.
Now the problem is the matchup this week. Mathews takes on Seattle on the road, and the Seahawks are fifth in allowing fantasy points to RBs. Mathews is just 27th on our list making him a high-end RB3. He's just not a safe play this week.
