LV WR Jakobi Meyers - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 vs Jacksonville Jaguars

Jakobi Meyers has had at least nine targets in each of the last four games. He's sitting here at WR27 as we head into Week 16.

He's a starter in any format I can think of. Meyers hasn't found the end zone since the end of October, but he's still proved valuable despite that fact.

Week 15 vs Atlanta Falcons

Jakobi Meyers is set up nicely from a usage and matchup standpoint in Week 15. The Falcons have allowed all but two of their opposing WR1s to crack 15 PPR Points in 2024.

He's seen at least 10 targets in four of the last five weeks. There aren't many other wide receivers in his range with that kind of target volume. We have Meyers at WR35.

Week 14 at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Jakobi Meyers' fantasy managers were laughing all the way to the bank at halftime last week. With five catches for 86 yards before halftime. Then, Meyers went until the 4th quarter before recording another reception. He finished with 97 yards and zero touchdowns.

It was a fine day, but it looked like he was on his way to an eruption game. Meyers is definitely in your lineup this week as a high-end WR3, low-end WR2.

Week 13 at Kansas City Chiefs

Jakobi Meyers is coming off of another monster usage game. He's seen 32 targets in the last three weeks.

We have him down at WR30 but with that type of usage, the ceiling is quite high compared to his peers in this range. Fantasy managers should be starting him as a WR3 with confidence.

Week 12 vs Denver Broncos

Jakobi Meyers is our WR29 for Week 12. He saw just six targets out of Gardner Minshew's 43 attempts last week, which isn't a great sign.

Hopefully, he can garner a higher target share if Las Vegas is forced to throw that many times again against the Broncos this week.

Week 9 at Miami Dolphins

Jakobi Meyers is our WR27 this week. He slots in as a WR3 option. The Dolphins have let at least one opposing WR break 10 PPR Points in all but two games this season.

The only question is whether or not the Raiders will be able to sustain drives and find the end zone. For his fantasy managers, we hope the answer is yes.

Week 9 at Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals have been very generous to opposing wide receivers. That's welcome news for Jakobi Meyers' managers. Only the Patriots and a Malik Nabers-less Giants team had their top wide receiver fall short of 15 PPR points against this defense.

Meyers is our WR29 so he's firmly in the flex conversation with a solid matchup.
