Scouting report

SEA WR David Moore - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs Los Angeles Rams
In his two games since returning from injury, David Moore has four targets and two catches. He is the Seahawks third receiver but has zero fantasy relevance right now as he is getting on the field 30% of the snaps. No reason for him to be on a fantasy roster at this point.

SEA WR David Moore - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs New Orleans
David Moore missed the first two games for Seattle but is expected to play this week against New Orleans. He will be the No. 3 receiver for QB Russell Wilson, but don't expect much this week. He will just be getting his feet wet in the offense and doesn't have much fantasy value at this time. Keep him on the waiver wire.

SEA WR David Moore - 2019 Fantasy Football Outlook

Fantasy Upside
David Moore has a chance to break into the starting lineup with Doug Baldwin gone. After barely seeing the field his rookie season, he played in all 16 games in 2018. If rookie DK Metcalf can’t handle the load, Moore could be next up to get significant snaps. He did have five touchdown receptions which is impressive considering his role last season.

Fantasy Downside
Moore only had 26 receptions for 445 yards as the third wide receiver for the Seahawks. If that role is repeated, he has little fantasy value with those numbers.

2019 Bottom Line
Moore isn’t really a target for fantasy owners. We expect him to put up similar numbers to last season as the third receiver, if he can hold onto that job. If you are in a deep league, he is depth as a late-round pick but really doesn’t carry much value going into the season.

SEA WR David Moore - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. San Francisco 49ers

David Moore had four receptions for 103 yards and a touchdown last week. Moore has shown signs of being a big play receiver but he is behind Tyler Lockett and Doug Baldwin in the wide receiver hierarchy.

It is a neutral matchup this week against the Niners who are 16th in aFPA to wide receivers. We like Moore's play but the targets can be an issue every week. Keep him on the bench for Week 13 because of that factor.

SEA WR David Moore - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs. Los Angeles Chargers

David Moore has been very productive his last three games, with a total of four touchdown receptions. He is getting regular targets along with Tyler Lockett and Doug Baldwin. Seattle's passing game is heating up and Moore should be in the mix. He had 97 receiving yards last week against Detroit.

Moore will face the Chargers who are 28th in aFPA to wide receivers. Although he has been putting up some good fantasy numbers with the touchdowns, he should probably remain on the bench for Week 9 as he is the third option for the passing game.
