NE RB Rhemondre Stevenson - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 vs Bills

With Damien Harris leaving early against the Bills in their previous meeting, Rhamondre Stevenson rushed for 78 yards on 24 carries. With Harris out against the Colts, Stevenson saw just ten carries for 36 yards. Harris is expected back this week and Stevenson has been missing practice this week due to an illness. It's not COVID-related, so he may still be out there Sunday. But he's the 1B to Harris' 1A in New England's backfield. He's a deeper flex than Harris if he plays, which seems more likely than not. But be on standby just in case.

NE RB Rhemondre Stevenson - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs Colts

Damien Harris' injury against the Bills (and the strong winds) equaled a big day of work for Rhamondre Stevenson. He carried the ball 24 times against the Bills for 78 yards and could continue to see more work as Damien Harris has been limited in practice with that hamstring injury. Keep an eye on Harris' status going into Saturday. Either way, Stevenson is worth a look in your flex position due to the amount of work he has been seeing recently.

Week 13 vs Bills

Rhamondre Stevenson has been working in pretty much an even split with Damien Harris. But the difference is that Harris has been finding the end zone more often than Stevenson, who has just three touchdowns this season. However, he's been running well when he does get the ball, averaging at least five yards per carry in each of his last four games, games in which he's ranged from nine carries to 20. So even with the split, there's room for both he and Harris to be flex options against the Bills, whom Stevenson will be facing for the first time this season in what will be a huge stage for the rookie running back.

Week 12 vs Titans

Three straight games with 60+ rushing yards as the Patriots have really found themselves a very nice 1-2 punch with Rhamondre Stevenson and Damien Harris. It's basically an even split, but there's plenty of work for both to be useful in fantasy. Stevenson continues to be a very solid flex play as he keeps getting double-digit carries each week.

Week 11 vs Falcons

Rhamondre Stevenson had a great day Sunday, rushing for 100 yards and scoring twice. He may get another shot Thursday if Damien Harris can't go, but Harris did take part in a walk-through this week, so we'll see. Whoever it is, it's a great matchup against the poor Falcons rush defense. Stevenson is a strong RB2 if Harris is out and still a good flex option if Harris does play.

NE RB Rhemondre Stevenson - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs Jets

Rhamondre Stevenson has been seeing more work over the last two weeks and was more involved in the passing game than Brandon Bolden against the Cowboys. He also scored his first NFL touchdown in that game. He's more eating into Bolden's time rather than Harris' but is becoming more of an option for the Patriots and has become flex-worthy this week with six teams on a bye.
