I am in a 12 team points per completion league. I am looking for advice on when to draft a quarterback and what quarterbacks I should be targeting. Thanks.

I agree that since it inflates all the QBs, it really wouldn't affect the strategy for me. What it would do is make high-completion and short passes more valuable for QBs, and make volume more critical. Guys like Brees, Stafford, and Eli Manning probably get thrust to the top of their tiers, but nothing too dramatic.

EDIT: "Aaron Rodgers *IS* projected to score 45 points per game..."
not, is NOT

As a side note, a ppc scoring would certainly mix up the hierarchy within the qb position. Brees all of the sudden would be an absolute stud again, for instance.

I don't think it would dramatically change the relative value of a qbs in your draft since it is inflating every QB. Yes, it's probably benefiting some qbs more than others, but it doesn't change the fact that, for instance, Antonio Brown is easily the best choice at WR. It doesn't change the fact that after the first couple tiers of RBs, there's a significant fall off. What I'm saying is, If every QB is going to score more due to this PPC thing, then I wouldn't necessarily dramatically alter my draft strategy.
4for4 even has a custom league settings tool that generates rankings and reports based on your league scoring rules, and it includes the option for points per completions. I just tested it out and generated a Value Based Rankings Report and it kinda confirmed what I was just talking about. Aaron Rodgers is not projected to score 45 points per game, and yet, is still just 13th on the list even though Todd Gurley is only projected to score 21 points per game (ppr).

points per completion league? as in a point per each completion by QBs huh? If thats truly what you mean, then I would also ask is it a 1 QB league or 2?
