Week 10 Essential NFL Practice News & Notes for Wednesday

Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater (concussion) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Bridgewater should be good to go for a good matchup with the Raiders.

Cowboys QB Matt Cassel (knee) practiced fully Wednesday.

Broncos QB Peyton Manning (foot) did not practice Wednesday. Manning should play, but this is the first we’ve heard about a foot injury.

Browns QB Johnny Manziel (right elbow) practiced fully Wednesday.

Browns QB Josh McCown (ribs) took limited practice reps Wednesday. HC Mike Pettine said that McCown would start if he’s healthy enough to play, and it looks like he’s moving in that direction. If he’s back under center, it would be an upgrade for the entire passing game, including Travis Benjamin, Gary Barnidge and Duke Johnson.

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (foot) did not practice Wednesday. Roethlisberger is expected to miss this week and return after Pittsburgh’s Week 11 bye.
