DraftKings Week 2 GPP Breakdown
Fourteen. That's the number of TDs it took to win $2 million last week.
BALLAH only submitted two entries into the Millionaire Maker, but made this one count with five multi-TD games in all. He also got four yardage bonuses en route to a score of 228.04. It's recommended to aim for five points per $1000 if you're trying to win the Millionaire Maker, and BALLAH's winning entry was in the neighborhood of that, clocking in at 4.56 points per $1000.
Six of his players had double-digit ownership, which isn't as surprising on DraftKings as it would be on FanDuel. By my count, 10 winning Millionaire Maker entries last year had at least four players with double-digit ownership. That doesn't mean you purposely play only chalk -- most of those entries also had multiple players under five percent owned, as well. What you need to focus on is building a roster that pairs as many players as possible together that have a realistic shot at reaching the yardage bonus and scoring multiple TDs (at the lower salary levels, reaching the yardage bonus and scoring one TD or scoring two TDs without the yardage bonus may suffice).
Below I'll highlight players (loosley ranked in order) I believe should be part of your Week 2 player pool in GPPs. If a chalk play offers strong value I'll touch on him, but remember, all chalk plays are good values in theory, but you won't be made a millionaire by playing all of them together.

Passing Game
The Giants have the third-highest Vegas team total (26.75) on the slate, yet Eli Manning ($7,100) was owned 1% in Thursday FanDuel games. When Vegas expects a team to score a high amount of points, it usually bodes well for the team's QB -- 70 percent of New York's offensive TDs came via the forward pass in 2014. The Falcons allowed 36 completions and 336 pass yards last week. Hogging a commanding 28 percent of Manning's total pass attempts and 34 percent of his red zone pass attempts since last season's Week 5 debut, Odell Beckham Jr. ($8,800) would be the prime beneficiary if the Falcons continue to bleed completions and yardage. Beckham Jr. has similar upside to Antonio Brown and Julio Jones, but has the highest team total of the bunch and was owned only half as much as Brown and Jones in Thursday FanDuel games ar similar pricing to DraftKings.
