Running Backs
Dalvin Cook was injured in Week 4, and at that point, he was on pace for 319 touches for 1,665 yards and 7.5 touchdowns. And that includes the game where he was injured and only played 48 percent of the snaps. It’s clear the Vikings are going to use him heavily, and since he played 38 games in three college seasons, I’m not really worried about the ACL injury or the possibility he’s injury-prone. Since he tore his ACL early in the season, he should be close to 100 percent by training camp. Cook will be a big part of what should be a potent Minnesota offense. I think he belongs in the same conversation as Kareem Hunt and Saquon Barkley.
