There are clear contenders, a team in the middle, and two in different parts of a rebuild. Milwaukee is the model of consistency, Cleveland is attempting to turn their giant step into another leap, Chicago is keeping a close eye on the movement around them, Detroit is building around a budding superstar, and Indiana is likely still tearing it all down. Teams with defined directions generally can have tighter win total windows but there is still value to find in the Central.
