Quarterbacks
Jameis Winston, Saints (@ ATL, 31)
Winston is set up for a nice day indoors against a very shaky Falcons defense. Atlanta yielded the third-most passing touchdowns (31) last year. Remember, he posted solid QB2 numbers as a starter last season and has improved weapons this year.
Matt Ryan, Colts (@ HOU, 21)
Last season, the Texans yielded the 10th-most passing yards per game (242), the 14th-most passing touchdowns (27), and the fourth-highest yards per attempt (8.0).
