Week 4 Fantasy Football Sneaky Starts & Sleepers

All but the luckiest fantasy owners at some point need to find the proverbial diamond in the rough—a waiver wire or bench player capable of putting up some points in a pinch. This weekly feature is dedicated to that part of fantasy football. It's not pretty, but it's part of the game.
Note: Week 4 is “aFPA week” at 4for4. We are now using only 2022 data in our Hot Spots/Strength of Schedule tools.
Quarterbacks
Russell Wilson, Broncos (@ LV, 29)
It’s been a tough ride–sorry, couldn’t resist–for Wilson managers thus far. After a pretty productive Week 1 against his old team, he was a major disappointment against the Texans and pretty bleh against a good 49ers team. Week 4 represents a “get right” spot for the Denver passing attack. The Raiders have given up an average of 273/1.7 to opposing quarterbacks this year.
Jared Goff, Lions (vs. SEA, 27)
Goff won’t be quite as appealing if Amon-Ra St. Brown is out, but the Seahawks are still a great matchup and Goff has enough weapons to produce. He is averaging 249/2.3 through three games (QB11) and has his best matchup to date.
