5 Players Set to Fall in Underdog ADP This Offseason
A couple of weeks ago, Underdog Fantasy launched its Best Ball Mania IV tournament. Since the start of that tournament, we've already seen several players' average draft positions (ADPs) shift. But, where players are drafted is an ever-changing landscape. Whether it's due to injuries, camp battles, or training camp puff pieces, some player values are going to change dramatically by the end of the summer.
The value of closing-line ADP (drafting a player later than where his ADP settles at the end of draft season) has been discussed a lot this offseason as critical to advancing to the BBM playoffs. In this article, I outline five players that I expect will fall in ADP that, subsequently, you should stay away from drafting now to avoid negative closing-line ADP value. As you'll see in my explanations, the players I chose were not based on any projected injuries (or health status updates to teammates) as those are nearly impossible to predict.
