Fantasy Football Defense Streaming Week 2: Can the Giants Bounce Back?
We’ve all been there. You’re sitting in your draft, and someone reaches for a defense way too early. Defenses are notoriously tricky to project year-over-year. Some of the best fantasy defenses of the last decade have turned in performances where they benefited from turnover luck one year and ran dry the next. When drafting, I treat the D/ST spot on my roster as a revolving door, and I’m specifically drafting for Week 1 or the first few weeks of the season.
As we work our way through the season, this article will serve as a place to identify streaming options. The only criterion is that the teams we discuss are rostered in less than 40% of leagues on Yahoo or ESPN.

Week 1 Recap
In Week 1, we picked the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Seattle Seahawks, and the Minnesota Vikings. Jacksonville was a hit, scoring 11 points and finishing the week as the seventh-ranked D/ST. Seattle and Minnesota were definite misses. They finished the Week ranked 27th and 25th, respectively.
