Fantasy Football Defense Streaming Week 8: Sticking with Seattle
We’ve all been there. You’re sitting in your draft, and someone reaches for a defense way too early. Defenses are notoriously tricky to project year-over-year. Some of the best fantasy defenses of the last decade have turned in performances where they benefited from turnover luck one year and ran dry the next. When drafting, I treat the D/ST spot on my roster as a revolving door, and I’m specifically drafting for Week 1 or the first few weeks of the season.
As we work our way through the season, this article will serve as a place to identify streaming options. The only criterion is that the teams we discuss are rostered in less than 40% of leagues on Yahoo or ESPN.

Week 7 Recap
Our top pick in Week 7 was Tampa Bay. They tallied just one sack but were saved by a couple of fumble recoveries. The Buccaneers wound up giving up 17 points and finished with six points. That was good enough for D/ST14. The Commanders were also on our list, and they were able to tally two fumble recoveries to go along with their four sacks for a top-10 D/ST finish. Seattle also managed a D/ST12 finish thanks to their own quartet of sacks. A solid showing overall, bringing our overall ranking up to DST14 from our weekly top picks.
