Fantasy Football: 16 Winners and Losers in PPR Formats
When it comes to PPR leagues in fantasy football, certain players become more enticing in the format, and others fall down a few pegs based on their lack of volume through the air.
This article will take a look at the players to target in full-PPR formats based on perceived workload, and will also go over those guys you want your league mates to worry about instead of you.

PPR Winners
Alvin Kamara, RB - Saints
Despite missing several contests due to suspension, Alvin Kamara ended 2023 as the overall RB11 in PPR scoring and the RB3 on a per-game basis. He’s averaged 84.2 targets per season over the last four years, finishing as no lower than RB6 in pass-catching volume in that timeframe.
Kamara is approaching the wrong side of 30 but given the fact that Kendre Miller is injured already (again) with a similarly aged Jamaal Williams as the next man up, we should see a similar output for the New Orleans RB in 2024. Kamara is ranked as the RB10 in PPR scoring but falls down to RB25 in non-PPR, and is leaving draft boards as the RB14 at pick 39.3.
