10 Fantasy Football Stash Candidates Ahead of Week 4
With injuries hitting every team around the league at a ridiculous pace, finding players to stash is a challenging task in 2024. However, I’m still here hunting for some hidden gems that may be available for you in Week 4.
Editor's Note: Check out the Week 4 Waiver Wire Watch!
I’m looking at all kinds of stashable guys in the event the player above them on the depth chart is on shaky ground, might be nursing an injury, or possibly a matchup-based situation in the weeks ahead. Clear out those benches and make room for these up-and-comers.
Geno Smith, QB - Seahawks (43% rostered)
Get this, a non-mobile QB is sitting among the top 12 in overall fantasy points after three weeks. Geno Smith is averaging 15.7 per game which puts him as the QB14 in that category but, he posted top 9 numbers in Weeks 1-2. The Seattle signal caller currently boasts a 77% completion percentage and is peppered with reliable weaponry at his disposal.
Adding Smith makes sense for those with inconsistent QB output, or as security for the impending bye weeks that begin in Week 5.
