Fantasy Football Week 7 Good Vibes, Bad Vibes (Who Should I Start)
Apparently, it was trade vibes week in the NFL despite the deadline of November 5th being nearly three weeks away. We saw two WRs and an RB change teams on Tuesday, shaking up the fantasy landscape for some. Both Davante Adams and Amari Cooper get a refresh of their team vibes after leaving the Raiders and Browns, respectively.
Speaking of not-so-great vibes, the Cowboys are off this week after a brutal beating at home and a subsequent heated interview by Jerry Jones on his weekly radio appearance in Dallas. The Bears are also but have the opposite vibes after a successful trip to London in Week 6.
Here are the players giving the best or worst fantasy vibes ahead of Week 7 around the NFL.
Good Vibes
Quarterbacks
Baker Mayfield vs. Ravens
I’ve always gotten very chill vibes from Baker Mayfield and he seems to have found his stride in Tampa Bay. This week he’s in a fantastic spot against a Ravens secondary that is surprisingly forgiving in the air department. They sit 27th in schedule-adjusted fantasy points allowed (aFPA) to QBs, and 31st to opposing WRs in that metric. Mayfield is the QB2 in both overall and fantasy points per game and should keep it rolling at home on Monday night.
