The 49ers ruled running back Raheem Mostert out for Week 10 on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

There was optimism Mostert would return for Week 10, so the fact that he has already been ruled out on Wednesday is disappointing. With Tevin Coleman also hurt, the 49ers will continue to rely on Jerick McKinnon and JaMycal Hasty in the backfield.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
