Foles has declared himself ready to play. Despite an awful game against the Cowboys in Week 7, Foles gives the Eagles a much better option than Matt Barkley, who came on in relief the last two games to the tune of four interceptions and three fumbles. Foles can't be trusted as anything more than an average QB2 heading into this contest.

Barkley has been thrown to the wolves the last two weeks mopping up for Foles in Week 7 last Vick last week. In two games, he's thrown four INTs and has fumbled three times.

If Foles doesn't play next week, and assuming Vick will be unavailable, Matt Barkley may get his first start after having to mop up the last two weeks.
