Bills hire Sean McDermott as head coach

The Bills ended their latest head-coaching search Wednesday, agreeing to hire Panthers defensive coordinator Sean McDermott to succeed the fired Rex Ryan, a source told ESPN's Dan Graziano.

McDermott is expected to bring a 4-3 defensive scheme back to the Bills, who finished fourth in yards allowed in 2014 while using former defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz's 4-3 system.

The hire is a good sign for the Bills' defense, but more importantly, who will McDermott hire as offensive coordinator? And will the franchise keep Tyrod Taylor?

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
