Bills WR Evans already out for next week

If you thought the Buffalo Bills' wide receiver corps was young before, wait until you get a load of them the next couple of games, if not for the rest of the season.

The Bills lost their most experienced wideout when Lee Evans left the game with what is believed to be a high ankle sprain in the first half of their 13-6 victory over the Cleveland Browns.

The seventh-year veteran gave the initial impression that his injury wasn't serious as he jogged off the field and through the tunnel leading to the locker room before halftime. The news after his examination wasn't as promising.

Coach Chan Gailey said Evans is out for Sunday's game at Miami and possibly the home finale against New England the following week. There is a possibility Evans' season could be over. High ankle sprains usually take 2-4 weeks to heal, but recovery time could be longer depending on the severity of the sprain.
