Bucs sign Josh McCown to a two-year deal

According to agent Mike McCartney, the Buccaneers have signed QB Josh McCown to a two-year deal.

Fantasy Impact:

HC Lovie Smith has been lukewarm about incumbent Mike Glennon, who was the best rookie QB of his class in 2013. McCown wanted to have a chance to start, so he'll likely get that opportunity in Tampa. A QB competition is brewing.
