Carson Wentz to practice on limited basis this week

Colts QB Carson Wentz (foot) is set to return to practice Monday on a limited basis.

Fantasy Impact:

This is certainly a positive change from the initial outlook of Wentz’s injury when he was thought to be sidelined 5-12 weeks. It may still be a bit before he’s 100 percent but Wentz seems to be well ahead of schedule after getting his surgery. This is also good news for the Eagles, who get a first-round pick in 2022 if Wentz plays 75 percent of the offensive snaps or 70 percent and the Colts make the playoffs.

Per Bears head coach Matt Eberflus: Ryan Bates remains in the concussion protocol. Elijah Hicks (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (groin) won't practice.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
