Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star said that in a perfect world, the Chiefs would like to get the ball to running backs Jamaal Charles and Peyton Hillis 500-plus times combined (carries and passes).
He went on to say that, barring injury, the total touches between the two players should be pretty close.
Fantasy Impact:
Keep in mind that the Chiefs may not have an option to give the ball to the running backs 500+ times combined. That type of work is usually reserved for teams that spend a lot of time with the lead. However, Hillis is shaping up to be one of the better backup RBs in fantasy football, and is the obvious handcuff for Charles.
