Quarterback Kerry Collins practiced for the second straight day Thursday and barring a setback will start Sunday against the Jaguars. Collins suffered a calf injury on Nov. 14 at Miami and has missed the past two games.
"He was a little better,'' Coach Jeff Fisher said. "He took all the reps, and he's moving around a little better, so we're very encouraged.''
Fantasy Impact:
The presence of Collins should especially help RB Chris Johnson, who was held to just five yards last week against the Texans.
