Indianapolis Colts running back Joseph Addai expects to play this week.
Addai, the Colts' leading rusher who has started every game this season, practiced on a limited basis Wednesday after leaving a 19-9 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs this past Sunday with a neck/shoulder injury. He said Thursday he expects to play Sunday.
"I should be all right," Addai said Thursday as the Colts (3-2) prepared to play the Washington Redskins (3-2) at FedEx Field in Landover, Md., Sunday night. "There wasn't any damage -- just a little sore, just a little tender. It's just day by day. It feels better than it did yesterday.
"Sunday's a long time from now, so, it should be good by then."
