Fantasy Impact:

It's a big step back from a scoring standpoint, though T.Y. Hilton (13 targets last week) and Donte Moncrief (9) should still get their opportunities in the passing game, and Indianapolis may have to throw more since it's no longer the favorite to win the game. It's a slight downgrade for Frank Gore, though his value in PPR leagues gets a boost since Hasselbeck targeted him seven times last week, a season high. The Texans defense gets a big bump with Hasselbeck under center. Not only is he starting on a short week, but he's been in the hospital as recently as Tuesday morning, fighting a virus.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
