Frank Reich: Alec Pierce developed concussion symptoms after the game and is now in the concussion protocol.

The tweet said Pierce took a huge hit in the game that bent his facemask. Piece had a nice camp and was thought to have a shot at the WR2 role for the Colts but didn't record a catch in Week 1. Dulin went for 3-46-0 in Week 1 and could have an increased role again if Pierce can't play.
