Jay Glazer on Dolphins QB David Garrard: "Just got off phone w David Garrard, says he's getting his knee scoped tomorrow and docs tell him 2-4 weeks rec time. 'Nothing happened, just Father Time, wear and tear. They have to take out loose things floating around.'"

Fantasy Impact:

Garrard was the favorite to start, but this opens the door for Matt Moore or Ryan Tannehill to win the job.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
