DeSean Jackson expected to play

After participating fully in Friday's practice, wide receiver Desean Jackson is expected to play against the Kansas City Chiefs, head coach Andy Reid said. Running back Brian Westbrook is listed as questionable with an ankle sprain and quarterback Donovan Mcnabb is listed as doubtful, although both players continue to improve.

Offensive lineman Todd Herremans and cornerback Dimitri Patterson are the only players who will be listed as out. Safety Quintin Demps is listed as doubtful with a quad strain.

Reid also held Kevin Curtis out of Friday's practice with a knee injury and Curtis is listed as doubtful. Reid said that he just felt it was time to give Curtis a rest in the hopes that the soreness in Curtis' knee will subside.

Reid said that if Curtis were unable to play, then rookie Jeremy Maclin would start opposite Desean Jackson and Reggie Brown would be active.
