Devonta Freeman forced to leave with concussion

Falcons running back Devonta Freeman, who had 43 yards on three carries, sustained a concussion in the first quarter and did not return.

Freeman walked to the locker room with trainers early in the first quarter.

Fantasy Impact:

Freeman looked great early on piling up 43 yards on just three carries. He was replaced by Tevin Coleman and Terron Ward, but the two combined for just 50 rushing yards on 19 carries. This will be one injury to monitor all week. The Falcons host the Vikings in an early after noon game on Sunday.

Per Bears head coach Matt Eberflus: Ryan Bates remains in the concussion protocol. Elijah Hicks (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (groin) won't practice.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
