Dolphins OC Clyde Christensen not only said Cutler's becoming more comfortable in the Dolphins' offense but that he also had his best game of the season last week versus the Raiders.
Saying Cutler had his best game last week was an understatement. Against the Raiders, Cutler set season-highs in completions (34), completion percentage (81%), yards (311), and touchdowns (3). It was by far his best fantasy performance of the season.
Cutler has a tougher go of it this week, though, facing a Carolina Panthers defense ranked fifth in our aFPA vs. QBs rankings. We have Cutler ranked as our No. 24 QB for the week, so you might want to look elsewhere for a starting QB in your fantasy lineup.
However, for forward-thinking fantasy owners, Cutler has three fantastic matchups in his next four games, according to our aFPA metric, so he should be someone you keep on your bench for streaming purposes.
