Eagles WR DeSean Jackson practiced all week and head coach Doug Pederson is "optimistic" he will play Sunday against the Bears.
Jackson said "that's the plan right now. Definitely been a long process, so we'll see how it goes." Jackson is on track to play for the first time since Week 2, when he suffered the injury against the Falcons. In Week 1, Jackson made a triumphant return to Philadelphia with eight catches for 154 yards and two touchdowns. He can very well return to the status of Carson Wentz's favorite target and should stretch the field vertically again for the Eagles, which should also benefit the other wide receivers as well as tight ends Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert. Hopefully it's another great welcome back for DJax.
