Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin, who missed the first five days of training camp practice because of an undisclosed illness, arrived in Bethlehem on Tuesday and could be on the practice field as soon as Wednesday.
Maclin is known to have dealt with mono in the spring, but it’s unknown if his absence was related to that.
Good news, as Maclin should be able to fully recover and get back into playing shape over the next several weeks. That should be enough time to keep him near his current number-14 ranking on our WR list. While DeSean Jackson is Michael Vick's big-play target, Maclin was clearly his go-to receiver at times last year. Maclin has a chance to really establish himself as a top-tier WR this season and could be a late, fourth-round steal.
