The expectation is for Matt Ryan (ankle) to play vs. the Seahawks on Sunday, per Dan Quinn but he won't practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Coach Dan Quinn could be blowing smoke, but he did say that he expects Matt Ryan to play against Seattle on Sunday. Ryan's presence would be a boon for all the Falcons offensive skill players.

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
