Buccaneers WR Scott Miller (hip, groin, questionable) took full practice reps Friday after missing practice earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4. Miller is likely to play given the full reps on Friday. He's a Sneaky Start with Chris Godwin out.

Bucs WR Chris Godwin will not play Sunday against the Chargers, according to James Palmer of the NFL Network.

This was expected, but the loss is big as QB Tom Brady continues to get comfortable in a new offense. Scott Miller (hip) and Justin Watson stand to get more targets Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

Godwin is on track to miss another game this season. After a breakout campaign in 2019, the talented WR has been a concern for fantasy players with less than a month of games played.

Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday. WR Justin Watson (shoulder) practiced fully Wednesday. WR Scott Miller (hip, groin) did not practice Wednesday. With Chris Godwin out and Miller banged up, Watson could see additional usage in Week 4.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Buccaneers expect WR Chris Godwin to miss two games with a pulled hamstring.

Fantasy Impact:

This news is not suprising in the wake of reports that Godwin pulled his hamstring during Week 3. He will sit out practice and hope to return for Week 6 against the Packers. Mike Evans should dominate targets in Tampa Bay for the time being and is a WR1 while Godwin is out.

Via Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, Bucs coach Bruce Arians said that wide receiver Chris Godwin had cleared the concussion protocol, and would be available for Week 3 against the Broncos.

Fantasy Impact:

His return to the lineup is also welcome news for the Bucs coach, after watching the Bucs drop a number of passes in yesterday’s win over the Panthers. Arians said he counted at least seven drops, including three touchdowns, and probably 125 yards worth, the story said.

The Buccaneers have declared WR Chris Godwin our for Sunday against the Panthers with a concussion.

Fantasy Impact:

Godwin was listed as doubtful on Friday so this doesn’t come as too much of a surprise. Godwin did not practice Wednesday or Thursday and was limited Friday. The Buccaneers look to be taking a cautious approach with one of their studs. Scott Miller is now in line for more snaps with Godwin out and Justin Watson could see some opportunities as well. On the flip side, Mike Evans was a full participant on Friday after dealing with a hamstring issue.
