Haloti Ngata Working His Way Back

Baltimore defensive tackle Haloti Ngata indicated he'll be returning to action in roughly 6-8 weeks following surgery to repair a torn left pectoral muscle. The injury was suffered at the Pro Bowl.

“I was actually trying to hurt somebody else and I hurt myself,” Ngata said.

Ngata already has full range of motion and is working to get back to full strength.

Fantasy Impact:

No wonder so many people bow out of the Pro Bowl - you can get hurt there. Anyways, it looks like Ngata should be good to go for training camp. The stock of Baltimore's team defense would drop if their talented tackle is out of the lineup, but it sounds like that won't be an issue come August.
