Injuries: Lions' first full week of training camp

The Lions wrapped up the first of two practices Monday as they begin their first full week of training camp.
Four players were held out of Monday's morning session: tight ends Brandon Pettigrew (thigh) and Casey Fitzsimmons (ankle, knee) and cornerbacks Keith Smith (leg) and Eric King (foot).
Receiver Bryant Johnson and defensive tackle Grady Jackson remain on the non-football injury list.
FitzSimmons' injury appears to be the most troublesome -- he wore a protective boot on his left foot after suffering a high-ankle sprain in practice Sunday.
Coach Jim Schwartz, however, didn't sound concerned any of the other injuries would be long-term problems.
