Jalen Hurts is expected to remain as the Eagles starting QB in Week 15, coming off the team's bye.
No QB controversy in Philly. Hurts will stay as QB1 despite the strong efforts of Garnder Minshew last week against Jets. This falls in line with HC Nick Sirianni saying "of course" when asked if Hurts is the starter. The Eagles finish the season with four division games, starting next week against Washington. However, last week did give the Eagles a chance to get something in return for Minshew, as teams are reportedly showing interest in him. Rapoport reports the Panthers spoke with the Eagles this season about Minshew, discussing what possible compensation it would take, but talks never really dug deep, eventually bringing Matt Barkley and then Cam Newton. Minshew is under contract through 2022.
